Sales Operations Administrator

Carlson Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Administrator.  The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting with Carlson’s sales planning process and providing updates, revisions and modifications to the sales plan.  This position supports the specific objectives of the sales plan with sales management, marketing, operations and accounting departments.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain reports to track and report sales/net sales, promotional activities, etc. for all accounts.
  • Track and support the operational projects of the team to ensure the team is fully aligned and working together towards annual sales goals.
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement solutions, post-program analysis and effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on business metrics utilizing including key performance indicators and account activity.
  • Create and maintain Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly sales reports.
  • Assist the sales team with ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform support and improve database quality.
  • Enter and track project data in OpenAir.
  • Provide assistance to Marketing with events, logistics and program effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s  degree or two to four years of equivalent  work experience in a sales operations admin role.
  • Experience with is required.
  • Experience with OpenAir is a big plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Knowledge of tools used to enhance sales productivity.
  • Ability to produce and analyze data.
