Outbound Sales Representative

With years of experience working with “Best in Class” cloud finance solutions including Adaptive Insights, Intacct, Blackline and our proprietary, DataBlend cloud integration solution, Carlson is looking to continue to grow the organization and outbound calling will play a critical role.  We are looking for an exceptional individual who is positive, tenacious, well-spoken, and has experience with outbound sales or customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Outbound prospect calling, qualification and appointment setting
  • Leveraging contact database and sales intelligence platform to generate new sales opportunities
  • Needs assessment and communicating the value of Carlson solutions and services
  • Recording of activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Assist with demand generation activities and campaigns with Director of Marketing
  • Reporting to Business Development Manager
  • Working closely with the broader Carlson business development and sales team

You may be assigned to other duties as needed and your duties may also change on reasonable notice, based on the needs of the company and your skills, as determined by the company. It is expected that you will work from our Boston or Vermont offices, with the remote working an option as well.

Compensation:

Dependent on experience but will include Base + Bonus + Benefits
