Most recently, Stephen led the IT / ERP assessment for a leading international organization across business strategy, organization and skills, technology architecture, and governance to help remediate underperformance in a critical program. Stephen led the planning to guide the critical transformation across sales, billing and servicing functions, agile delivery, and governance to modify the organizations’ operations internationally within a centralized business model.
