Natalie joined the Carlson team in 2019. Previously, she was at Avanade, a consulting joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations. Prior to that, Natalie was a Financial Analyst for an outpatient cancer treatment center in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to implementing ERP and HR systems for the center, she worked with Carlson to implement Adaptive Insights and saw first-hand how much FP&A teams can benefit from the tool. As the owner of the annual budget cycle, she used Adaptive Insights extensively to track assumptions and department manager input, design report templates, and create and maintain rolling forecasts. Natalie quickly saw that Adaptive Insights allowed her and the team to shift focus away from daily repetitive tasks to more creative, impactful projects. She is excited to work with clients to use the tool to minimize their pain points and streamline processes.
Natalie graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in International Business and recently achieved the Professional Scrum Master I certification. She is also currently pursuing her Adaptive Insights certification. She lives in Seattle and enjoys cooking and being outdoors.
