Josh Ladd Senior Associate - Carlson Management ConsultingJosh is an integral member of the Carlson consulting team. He demonstrates a particular talent in understanding client challenges and delivering successful Cloud-based CPM implementations. With almost 10 years of business and finance experience, he is a lead consultant on budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement projects. His clients acknowledge his ability to effectively incorporate “best practices” in the solutions and services he provides.

Expertise: Josh’s core strengths are in financial planning, modeling, revenue recognition, variance analysis, and monthly reporting analysis. His Adaptive Insights and Excel skills have made him an invaluable asset for complex customer implementations. Josh has vertical market experience primarily in software, healthcare, and higher education. He is an avid athlete with an aptitude for football and basketball. He is also a diehard New England Patriots fan.
