Dallas joined Carlson in 2012 with more than 10 years of experience as a finance and technology domain expert. Dallas is responsible for helping to drive new client business development for Carlson, as well as managing the full cycle of client implementations. Utilizing the experience he has gained as an Adaptive Insights Power User and prior accounting consulting experience, he incorporates “best practices” in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, as well as delivering actionable management reporting and necessary improvements to client models. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is certified in the implementation of Adaptive Insights’ Consolidation product.
Expertise: Dallas has extensive experience in managing cloud-based CPM and ERP implementations along with providing financial advisory services. He has assumed interim financial leadership roles across multiple organizations ranging from operational finance to subject matter expertise in mergers, revenue recognition, consolidation accounting, and equity compensation. He has engaged clients across a broad range of industries including high technology, manufacturing, government contracting, professional services, and retail.
