Bryan is an account manager with many years of experience in a customer success role in the Software-as-a-Service industry. As an experienced account manager, he plays a critical role in addressing customers’ evolving needs. Bryan is tasked with handling account renewals and maintaining close customer relationships. He also assists customers with evaluations of additional software systems, modules and services.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys hiking in the spring and going to the beach in the summer. He’s also a huge New England Patriots fan and takes no offense if you mispronounce his last name. He was formerly a Customer Success Manager at Adaptive Insights. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
